4.1 Deposit Conditions
- All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

- Deposits are credited to your fa99999 account balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. fa99999 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

- Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market. fa99999 may adjust these limits at any time without notice.
5.2 Cricket & Sports Betting
- All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, FIFA, etc.).
- In the event that a cricket match or sporting event is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed beyond 24 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account.
- Live in-play bets are accepted at fa99999's discretion. The Platform reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event.
- Accumulator or combination bets are settled individually per selection; if one selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that selection.
5.3 Casino & Slot Games

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

- Attempting to access, probe, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Platform's security infrastructure.
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Platform or its underlying systems.
- Using VPN, proxy servers, or IP-spoofing tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any component of the Platform.
Prohibited Financial Conduct
- Using the Platform for any money-laundering activity or for processing funds of illegal origin.
- Depositing funds via stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods.
- Opening duplicate accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
- Colluding with other players to exploit game mechanics, bonus structures, or live dealer tables.
- Placing bets using inside information or in coordination with match-fixing activities involving any cricket or other sporting event.

Account Suspension & Closure
Either the Player or fa99999 may initiate account closure at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.
8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting fa99999 support via 24/7 live chat or by emailing . Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to a verified payment method in your name, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Where an account is closed by fa99999 due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance — real-money or bonus — may be forfeited. Where closure is for non-breach reasons (such as inactivity), any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via a previously used payment method.
8.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fa99999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform. fa99999's total liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim.

Scheduled or emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. fa99999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance via the Platform, but accepts no liability for losses arising from downtime.
